I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the main attractions. The rooms were modern and functional, equipped with air conditioning which was a lifesaver in Oaxaca's heat. The service was top-notch, although they did forget to call our cab for the airport in the early morning. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few hiccups.
